IPSI is a specialist advisory practice working at the intersection of certification and emerging technology risk: ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 readiness, and quantum technology education for the teams who have to plan past today's cryptography.
Why we exist
Most organisations meet ISO standards at the worst possible moment, a customer contract, a tender, or a regulator's question. The usual response is a rushed documentation exercise that produces a certificate and very little security.
IPSI works the other way around. We fix the scope, understand how the business actually operates, and build a management system that produces genuine evidence while it runs. Certification becomes a by-product of an operating system rather than the goal in itself.
The same discipline applies to our quantum work. Quantum technology is surrounded by claims that do not survive contact with a physicist or a procurement team. Our courses give people the model they need to tell the difference and to make funding and migration decisions they can defend.
